As part of our expansion plans in the Middle East, we are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team in the Middle East.
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business in the Middle East. Working closely with the Regional Manager Middle East, your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, build, and maintain strong relationships with clients, and strategically expand our market presence. With your downhole drilling experience and our gamechanging technology, you will provide continuous solutions to numerous clients.
- Collaborate closely with the Regional Manager Middle East to develop and execute sales strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Identify and prospect potential clients, generating new leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify emerging trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
- Travel constantly to meet clients across the Middle East, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of projects and deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to secure new business partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry developments, regulations, and market dynamics to effectively position our offerings.
- Proven track record in business development or sales roles within the energy industry, preferably with experience in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of the Middle East market, including key players, competitors, and industry trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for generating new business opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value deals.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Middle East region.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
- Good understanding of downhole drilling with a technical background.
