Reduce torque, drag & BHA vibration dampening

The Stabilizer Reinvented

The Fixedblade® Nearbit Stabilizer was designed to address the known shortcomings of the conventional spiral blade near bit stabilizer. Simple yet innovative solution enhances drilling performance by maximizing stability at the bit and minimizing bit whirl.

The NearBit Stabilizer is ideal for rotary BHA’s when used in conjunction with either the Switchblade Stabilizer or Fixedblade string stabilizer.

NearBit Stabilizer Benefits

  • Minimized bit tilt and spiraling
  • Reduced torque and drag
  • BHA vibration dampening
  • Increased stability
  • Resistance to balling up and packing off
  • Reduced risk of swab and surge
  • Minimized damage to mud cake while drilling and tripping
